Movers (helpers)

$18–$24 an hour to start. No experience required — paid training covers lifting technique, wrapping and protection, and how a planned move day actually runs. Full-time year-round, with extra hours through the summer season.

Drivers

$22–$28 an hour. A valid license with a clean record is what we need; we train you on our trucks and routes. A CDL is a plus for interstate runs, not a requirement to start on local routes.

Crew leads

$24–$30 an hour. You run the job: the walkthrough, the load order, the customer handoff at both ends. Leads come up from our own crews, but experienced movers start here too.

Packing team

$20–$26 an hour. Kitchen and fragile-room specialists work ahead of moving days — steady weekday hours for people who like precision work.

What the job is like

Moves here are planned in writing before the truck rolls: inventory, access, load order. You show up to a job with a plan, not a mystery — and you work with the same crew day to day, not a rotating parade. Equipment, uniforms and pads are provided. Overtime pays during the summer peak; winter runs lighter and we keep hours steady for the core crew.
